Uncle Dale

This is a repost from 01/01/2009. We went to my Uncle's farm to do some fishing. Uncle Dale passed away this morning. R I P Uncle Dale. You will be missed. Mom and Carl gave Brian a Fishin Buddy for Christmas. A Fishin Buddy is a remote control boat(seen in picture below). You attach a hook, line, and sinker then send the boat out into the middle of the lake, pond, etc. and when a fish gets on the hook you bring the boat in and retrieve the fish from the line. I really did not know what to expect. We did not catch any fish but we ran the battery out on that boat. If you have a fisherman in your life, you need to get them this.

Sometimes, life is just easier for boys. For instance, when nature calls.

Then we had a few visitors

Then came a dual high pitch scream from my children "Uuuunnnncccllle Dddddaaallleee" As they ran to meet him in the drive way.

And last but not least, skippin rocks

Jenn is trying to convince Kynadee to take home all the snowman hats(marshmallows covered with chocolate sitting on an oreo cookie) and it did not take much convincing.
