Uncle Dale

This is a repost from 01/01/2009. We went to my Uncle's farm to do some fishing. Uncle Dale passed away this morning. R I P Uncle Dale. You will be missed. Mom and Carl gave Brian a Fishin Buddy for Christmas. A Fishin Buddy is a remote control boat(seen in picture below). You attach a hook, line, and sinker then send the boat out into the middle of the lake, pond, etc. and when a fish gets on the hook you bring the boat in and retrieve the fish from the line. I really did not know what to expect. We did not catch any fish but we ran the battery out on that boat. If you have a fisherman in your life, you need to get them this.

Sometimes, life is just easier for boys. For instance, when nature calls.

We are moving....the furniture in the pictures belong to the previous owner.

And it is well secured. The lady who owned it lived there alone and made sure no one would be able to break in on her. It is like trying to get into Fort Knox. The screen door on the front porch has two different locks. The front door has 3 locks. The back of the house has burglar bars that will have to be removed along with a door with burglar bars that has two locks along with the back door that has three locks. The down stairs door along with the outside door has four locks. Her bed room door has a dead bolt lock along with the the closet door which can be closed and locked from the inside. And just outside her bedroom door is a security system keypad and a panic button. And I am sure the neighbors loved it when we set it off two times last night.

The 85 lb Jags won their scrimmage game agianst a combined 85 and 95 lb team from Pleasant Grove 7 - 6. C'Jay is the quarterback and also plays line backer. Please keep in mind that I know very little about football lingo, so if I make a mistake please forgive me.

This is C'Jay at QB throwing(under pressure) to Jaylin Moore for his first touchdown pass. Jaylin ran the ball in for a 60 yard touchdown. Putting the Jags up 6 - 0.

PG rallied and got a touchdown but the Jags held them and did not allow the extra point.

On a side note, Kynadee will be starting a softball clinic Monday at the girls park and is really excited. Can't wait to see how she does.

All Stars

Well All Stars is in full swing. Sub Districts started this past Friday. We lost our first game against McAdory and won our second game against Woodstock. If we win tonight against Pleasant Grove we will move on to the District Tournament. Brian is the Team Manager, with returning assistant Coach Kenny Cannon, Braves Head Coach during the regular season Johnny Walden, and MJ's dad Mark Hubbard. Great group of guys volunteering there time with the team. We are the Farm League National All Stars. I have also added a link on the right.

Wow!! What a night!! The Pirates won over the Braves and are the Farm League National Champions. Brian did a fantastic job coaching 10 7/8 year olds along with his assistant coaches Kip, Kenny, and Brian C. We had a great season, a great team, and great parents.

Friday night was a good night. No baseball games on our field and nothing else to do, we decided to go to the rookie field and watch a couple games. My good friend Julie and her 3 children were there for Nic's practice. Julie's children are Kelsey, Nic and Daisy. She also has two other boys that were not there. You have heard me talk about Daisy before. Julie and Daniel went to Ukraine to adopt Daisy last year...and she is such a sweet girl with a great personality. And I got to witness a beautiful event. I hear the word "Momma" about a thousand times a day...I have heard the word "Momma" so much sometimes I don't even hear it anymore. But I heard it loud and clear from Ms. Daisy Friday night for the first time....and it was not just the first time for me...It was also the first time Julie heard that beautiful word. So happy for you Julie. Can't wait to hear what she says next.

Friday night was also a very special night for Addison. The doctors said she would never walk, she would never talk, and she would never function as a normal child. And they were wrong. Because Friday night, Addison had her first ballet recital.

Well baseball is in full swing. The Pirates record is 4 - 0. So proud of the boys and all the coaches, I feel like I am living at the ball park right now. And if I'm not at the ball park, I am getting phone calls, e-mails, texts, or facebook messages regarding the park. And if not that, I am writing checks or working on the books for the ball park. A couple of the many duties I have as treasurer. And if not that, then I am updating the Pirates website. Here are a few pics of my baby boy...he has grown up so much in the last year. I can't believe it. His most used comment to me is "Momma, I'm 7 years old." Wow...didn't know it hurt so much to see them grow. And a few pictures just to let you know what we have been up to this season.

A couple of pirates were up to some shenanigans. They ran our team flag up the flagpole.

Our parade float won 2nd prize in the float competition....Isn't that hilarious? Had to be the kids and our "sea hag"(love you Jules). They were really in character.

C'Jay made two outs at first base...one of which being the game winning out.

This is the tree in our back yard. The tree has a lot of history that goes along with it. For those of you that don't know the house I am currently living in is a house I spent a lot of time in as a small child. The house belongs to Carl and it is where he lived when he and my mother started dating. My oldest brother, Carl Ray also know as Curby by is friends, lived in the house until he passed away when he was 14 and I was 9. There are a lot of great memories in this house and I am glad to have to opportunity to raise my kids in this house and in Hueytown. Carl has been in my life since I was about 2 years old. He will proudly tell you he was the first to cut my hair. And I knew Carl Ray from that time also. Our parents became fast friends and we spent a lot of time at The Sugg's for get togethers and at least one vacation that I can remember. Then both of our parents divorced and Mom and Carl began dating. The tree has so many memories. Carl Ray played in the tree, we had a goat that climbed the tree, and also a dog that loved to climb it also. So I don't have the heart to cut it down. Even though dead branches fall from it daily. The only way the tree is coming down is if mother nature takes it down.

Prayers for my cousins

Please say a prayer for my cousin Cissy and her daughter Gabi. Cissy was admitted to the hopital yesterday. She is in ICU. Her twins, Ethan and Evan are now in the arms of angels. Please keep them in your thoughts as they struggle to understand this tragedy.

Dinner, Elvin, Elves and a Choo Choo

We had dinner with our family. Jenn and Chris host Thanksgiving dinner. It is always fun to visit with our family. And dinner is always fabulous. I don't have pictures but I am hoping one of my cousins will forward me a picture of the kids so I can post it here....hint hint JENN....hint hint RHONDA!!!

We (us, Mom, Carl and Corbin) left there and headed to Chattanooga for the night. And you can't go to Chattanooga without staying at the Chattanooga Choo Choo(well...at least if you have small children). Elvin beat us to the Choo Choo...silly little elf...C'Jay was so happy to see him.

We visited the elves at the workshop..the kids made crafts and got a lot of attention from the elves.

And the glob of glue C'Jay put on this plate somehow turned into a reindeer....elf magic I guess.

And I was able to capture this gem of a picture.

We left the workshop and returned to our designated train car for some bed jumping

And then there was a knock at the door....who could it be...Clumsy and Sparky the elves to tell the kids a bedtime story and to tuck them in for the night. Sparky told the story while Clumsy acted it out.

Potty Training Torture Tactics: The 70's

I have not been saying much lately...just posting of few pictures every once in a while...I think when Daddy died it took something out of me for a while. And adjusting to a new family dynamic over the last couple of months has been difficult but it will work itself out.

So for some reason last night I got to thinking about Mother's potty training/bed wetting torture tactics she used on me. I really don't remember potty training to much...I have one vague memory of pulling my britches down and peeing on the carpet at my babysitters house. Her name was Jeanette Glaze...but just Nette to me. And I am pretty sure that was followed by me getting a switch to my rear end. Nette's favorite and of course you had to go and get the switch yourself and you better not bring back a little one. I miss her more often now...probably because Kynadee has taken a liking to my model horses I had as a child...her favorite is Brownie. Which was the first horse I received and it was from Nette. Right after I was born, she made me a blanket. I still love the blanket. I will get it out sometimes and curl up in a recliner with it. The blanket was on C'Jays bed for a while but now it is in a closet for safe keeping. When I was about 11 or 12 she began making her last blanket and she could not finish it because of her arthritis. She knew it would be the last one she would make. The needle work had become to difficult for her. But she had put horses all over it. My blanket will go to C'Jay. I only hope he can ever understand how important it is to me. I mentioned to Mother one day how I would love to have the other blanket finished....and then completely forgot about it. Christmas came and Mother gave me this really big box to open. And inside it was the finished blanket(done by my Mother). And it is perfect. The blanket kept my daughter warm last night. Nette loved me so much she made a blanket for a child she would never get to meet. Nette passed away June 1, 1991.

Now back to bed wetting torture tactics from the 1970's. I am just gonna throw it out there...yes I was a bed wetter....I know you are shocked...but facts are facts. So my precious mother decided to get the most technologically advanced aid in curbing bed wetting. A bed wetting alarm system. Which was basically a pad that you put on the bed which the child lays on. Which has a lead that goes to a box. The unsuspecting child goes to bed....sweet and innocent...she lets her little eyes flutter close to dream...then this loud alarm goes off right next to your ear...and I mean loud...if you were not already peeing you sure was when the alarmed scared it out of you. You might need to verify this information...but I only remember it going off twice. And they still sell them...not the same version but the same idea, so if you are having some bed wetting issues I would recommend this product. It worked for me. HaHaHaHa.

C'Jay is playing football and baseball at the same time. It is very busy around the Parker house. Football practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with a game on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. And Fall Ball Sunday at 1:30 or 3:30 and Tuesday at 6:00 or 7:30. And Brian is coaching the fall ball team.

First Day of School

I was amazingly calm today. No tears as we sent C'Jay and Kynadee off to their first day of school. No tears from anyone. C'Jay's teacher is a no nonsense kinda woman. She is tough on the kids. Not in a bad kinda way. She expects a lot from them. And we like her.

Kynadee started K-3 today. Her teacher is the sweetest woman in the world. It takes special people to teach 16 3-year olds. But she is perfect for the job. And no tears from Kynadee. Just a wave.

Julie and Daniel are in the Ukraine finalizing their adoption of Daisy. Tomorrow at 6:10 am our time they will have their court appearance. Please pray that this goes smoothly and the 10 day waiting period is waived. Daniel will have to come home soon and Julie will be left in the Ukraine by herself if the waiting period is not waived. And to top it off, her translator has to leave also.

Talladega Super Speedway

We were spent the weekend at the lake a couple weeks ago. Saturday we drove over to Talladega Super Speedway to visit the museum and take a tour of the track. It was a nice way to spend the afternoon. C'Jay and Brian had a great time looking at all the cars.

Guess what y'all? My baby boy is playing football. I wasn't ready but I got out voted. And he really wanted to play. But I must say I don't hang around for practice much. Even though he says it doesn't hurt, it is still hard to watch your 6 year old get hit so hard he lands flat on his back.

Hello Folks. I am sure you have been wondering where we have been. The answer to that question is the ball park. We were busy busy busy with baseball until we were eliminated during sub districts and then our park hosted the district tournament which meant since I am a board member I still had some work to do. Districts lasted through July 9th and then it was off to the beach for the weekend. Pictures to follow soon. So now I am back down to 1 blog instead of 3. So hopefully I will be able to put all my attention back to this blog for about 6 weeks and then fall ball starts.

Yard Ducks........

Y'all remember Quackers, Duckers and Puddles(or Piddles)? My, how fast they grow up. It wasn't that long ago that they would fit in the palm of my hand.

And 13 days later they looked like this...............

And another 36 days later I have full grown water fowl living in my house. And they are no longer as cute as they were 49 days ago. Here they are getting all cleaned up to go to the lake. Just in case you were interested, Quackers, the smartest of the three, has the black feather on its butt. Duckers, who has anxiety disorders(foams at the mouth when he gets nervous), is all white. Puddles(aka Piddles), who is the fastest, is multi-colored.

The trip to the lake was uneventful. Piddles rested comfortably in a hamster cage for the 45 minute trip. Yes he is that small. He couldn't like run laps in it or anything but he was happy as a clam for the entire ride.

Quackers and Duckers rode in the green box. This could have seriously gone bad if the ducks had really wanted to get out. Could you imagine the headlines? Couple Cause Multi Car Crash When Pet Ducks Take Flight Inside The Vehicle. You can see the green box in this picture.

We walked the ducks down the hill to the water.

Forced them into the water.

And after all of that they stayed in the water less than two minutes. They came back to the stairs and climb out. And then followed us back up to the house.

To become yard ducks. Not water fowl. They didn't eat for a couple days but now seem to be getting back to their self. They still have not gone near the water. I am going to get Brian to go down and take a swim in the lake to see if the ducks will get in. The ducks REALLY like Brian.

What a baseball season. Glad the regular season is over and now it is on to ALL STARS people. I am proud to announce that C'Jay made All Stars this year and the head coach of the All Stars team is.....................................Mr. Brian Parker. Congratulations also to Tanner and Isaiah for making the team also. Tanner played short stop and Isaiah played third base for the Huskers.

Congrats to my husband, who took on the challenge of being coach to 9 kids who played their hearts out this season. My Aunt who I affectionately refer to as Mean Aunt Diane(my Mother's sister. My parents divorced many years ago) along with my cousins and their children made the trip down to Lucille, AL for my father's visitation Tuesday night. And to there surprise I was not there. C'Jay was graduating from K-5. After several discussions with my dad's family, I chose to go to the graduation. Because they said "That is what he would want you to do". They also sent a beautiful arrangement. I may not have been there but Stephanie was so thankful you came. It really meant a lot to both of us. She wants me to apologize to my cousins because she did not get an opportunity to speak with them before they left.

We received several plants and split them among ourselves and my Father's brother and sister. And I brought home the arrangement from y'all. It will be a constant reminder of your love and to remind me of the wonderful moments I had with my Father these last few months.

Thank You M.A.D, Cissy, Gabi, Rhonda, Kayla, Jennifer, Chris, Julien and Addie for taking the time to come to the visitation. It means more to me than I will ever be able to express to you in person. I love you and am lucky to have you all in my life.

We received more bad news Tuesday. My father's oldest sister, Aunt Gail, passed away in the morning hours. She had terminal cancer. It has been a hard week for the Nash Family.

I woke up this morning to quiet. Something I don't get to often. The kids are with Mother and Carl at the lake. Brian and I were planning on going to the lake to meet up with them to celebrate Mother's Day, Corbin's Brithday and Brian's 37th birthday. For a few precious days Brian will officially be older than me. We were running in WalMart to pick up a couple cards when my phone rang. I didn't recognize the number, but that is not unusual. Someone is always calling me from the park. "Hello". A voice from the other end says "Apryl, this is Stephanie. Where are you?" I reply "I am at WalMart." Steph says "Call me back when you leave." Well knowing that couldn't be good I left Brian standing in the middle of WalMart and started walking. "Just tell me, Stephanie." With her voice full of tears and grief she says "Daddy is gone. He passed away this morning. Uncle Buddy is here. The coroner has already been here.".

So here are a few pictures of my Dad, Michael Wayne Nash. Born October 10, 1949 and passed away May 10, 2009.

I am thankful for these last few months. We were able to have conversations about things I never thought we would have. We both spent years letting someone else control the relationship we had with each other. And I am referring to my step mother. We cried, forgave, and re-established a father/daughter relationship.

I am thankful for last weekend. When my sister(notice I did not use step sister), needed a break and wanted to go out of town for the night. I spent the night with my father and her four children. I was able to care for him. Let him know how much I loved him. That I am thankful for.

I am thankful for Stephanie. Who quit her job to take care of our father. For her love for him. For the great care she provided to him. And I pray for her. Because she blames herself.

I am thankful that I got to see my father rededicate his life to Jesus.

I am thankful he was happy over the last few months of his life. That Cathy was not there to torment him until the end. That I am thankful for.

Introducing........................

Quackers Version 2.0, Duckers Version 2.0, and Piddles(or Puddles. C'Jay alternates in between) Version 1.0. I had intentions of only getting two ducks. But when the guy at Donaldson's in BRENT, AL told me the black and yellow ducklings would be multi colored, I just had to have one. I picked C'Jay up from school so he could take the ride to BRENT, AL with me. He picked them out. You may be wondering why I keep all capping BRENT, AL. It is very difficult to find ducklings outside of the Easter rush. The place Mother got the first two was in Pell City and they would not have any until the next weekend. And I needed replacements PRONTO!!!! So I called around until I found Donaldson's in Brent who would have ducklings on Wednesday. I had also called the Donaldson's in Bessemer but they told me they would not be getting anymore. So after the long drive to Brent and purchasing the 3 ducks plus feed, he just happened to mention he sent the other half of the ducklings to the Bessemer Store. Yes, the one about 5 miles from my house. But on the bright side, I would not have gotten to spend an afternoon with my son.

We Are The Champions.......................

Well, who would of thunk it? It wasn't to long ago that we didn't think we had a chance at winning the National League Championship 1st Half. But going into our game last night, we had that chance. Last night was a make up game from earlier in the season due to inclement weather. So our current standing before last nights game was 3 - 5. The Seminoles and Tar Heels are tied at 2nd with 3 - 6 records. If we win, we are National League Champions 1st half. If we lose, we go to playoffs against the Seminoles and the Tar Heels. The game started at 7:15. The Huskers went ahead in the first inning but it was not long before the Terrapins were hot on our heals. The teams went back and forth until the 4th inning. We were ahead. If we could hold them the game would end due to time limitations. But the Terrapins rallied and came back to tie it up. So we move on to extra innings. We held them in the 5th. So on to the 6th inning, our first two batters up struck out. The next few batters(including C'Jay) got on the bag and we got one run in for a score of Huskers 19 Terrapins 18. The Huskers were able to hold them and THEY WON!!!!!!!!!!!WHOOHOO!!!! It was a late one folks. Left the field at around 9:30. Glad this game did not start at 8:30 like we thought. C'Jay got another home run. And Brian is the Coach of the National League Champions 1st half. This is something I will remember forever. I am so proud of my boys. And no matter what happens in the 2nd half, we will be playing for the championship at the end of the season against the 2nd half winners(unless we win the 2nd half too). Good Game Huskers. I really like it when C'Jay comes up to bat and the coaches from the other team tell their players to back up to the fence because "he is a HITTER".

I really like that C'Jay is loving ball this year. Because last year I wasn't sure if he was playing because we wanted him to or because he wanted to.

I really like that C'Jay doesn't quit even when the score is 16 - 1. Last year he would have.

I really like that C'Jay has been willing to substitute for 2 different teams in 3 games and he puts all his heart into it.

I really like that almost every time C'Jay is up to bat, he gets on base.

I really like that almost every time a ball is hit his way, he is able to stop it.

I really like to watch him keep his eye on the ball.

I really like that there is already talk about All Stars this year.

I really like to watch two teams argue(all in good humor) over which team he is going to sub for.

I am so proud of you, my son. Keep it up and don't ever quit no matter what the score is.

And I love my husband a 100 times more for taking on the responsibility of being head coach to a team of 9 boys. And for putting up all the ad signs in the outfields of all 5 fields instead of leaving it to me. I am proud of you, my husband. Prouder than I have ever been. Yes, I am crying.

Introducing Quackers and Duckers

We have two new additions to the family. Thanks to the Meme and Sipsie. I think I am going to ask for child support for these two. And medical insurance. Because they will probably need it.....the kids want leave them alone.

Quackers and Duckers will live with us until they are grown and then be released at the lake. They are too cute. But they poop about every 5 feet they walk. The both of them rode on my shoulder all the way from Pell City to home. And I think they already know who the Momma of the house is. Kynadee is doing her part to keep them fed. And giving them all the lovin they can stand. C'Jay loves them too. So here is the pet tally for those of you keeping up.

Easter Festivities

Wow!!! What an Easter weekend. We started out with our church Easter Egg Hunt. I was stationed with Kynadee for the event. C'Jay was in front of the church so I did not get any pics of him. But both of them had a great time. Thanks VCBC and all the people who made this a wonderful event possible. But what topped it off was a surprise visit from Michelle. She was my best friend in Jr. High School. Her parents and sister both attend the church we go to. Her mother and I were just talking about her when her father called out my name and I turned around and there she was. Looking just the same as she did over 20 years ago. And we cried. I hope to get the chance to get to know her again. We were great friends and I spent as much time at her house as I did at mine.

After the ball game it was time to dye some eggs. Both kids were involved with the dying this year. We had fun with this and a little bit of a mess too.

Easter morning we got up and went to church and then off to the lake for more egg hunting and dinner.

he couldn't get his baseball socks off before he fell asleep. It was a busy day. C'Jay's best friend from school, Keshon, spent the night with us Thursday night. The boys did not go to sleep until after midnight and were up at 6:00 am playing. Ke's mom picked him up around 3:30 and then C'Jay played with the Seminoles. Hunter from the Seminoles broke his pinky finger. Ya want to know how? Hunter and his parents came over to the house last Sunday so I could help them set up a blog for their team. You can check out their website at http://rookiefloridaseminoles.blogspot.com/ . Well while we were doing that, boys will be boys, and they began horse playing. Hunter is a pretty tough little guy so his mom became concerned when he kept coming back and saying it hurt. They left our house with intentions on going to church but instead paid a visit to the doctor's office. They called a couple days later asking if C'Jay could sub. Not telling me until later in the conversation that he would be subbing for Hunter. Hunter will be out for three weeks. Needless to say, we will do our part to help the Seminoles out until Hunter can get back in the game.

Well, this was pretty awesome. It kept my 6 year old glued to his seat. Even during intermission. Brian and I also enjoyed it. The time just flew by and before we knew it the show was over. Educational and entertaining. Can't beat that for a Saturday night out with our son. Kynadee spent the night with Meme and Sipsie. We thought the dinosaurs would scare her. Enjoy the pics.

This was a cold one folks. Everyone wrapped in blankets and drinking hot chocolate or watching from their cars in the parking lot. Tanner got hit in the face. He was trying to catch a ground ball when it bounced and hit him on the left cheek bone. But he is feeling a lot better now and did continue in the game.

We got a little break in between the parade/opening ceremonies before the game. It was a beautiful day. My niece Chloe spent the night Friday and the kids got along great. Chloe is such a sweet girl. And helped keep Kynadee entertained by painting her finger and toe nails. Then off to the game. After the game, Kynadee went with Meme and Sipsie to spend the night at the lake. Thanks to Meme, Sipsie, Uncle Bin, and Crystal for coming to the game. Also Thanks to Corbin who kept an eye on Chloe and Kynadee while I took pictures.

has the worst customer service ever. I am talking specifically about Britney who needs to find another job that does not involve interacting with people. EVER. I went to the drive thru yesterday to pick up some prescriptions for my Dad. It was a little windy so as soon as the little door opened, the receipt flew out and disappeared with the wind and one of the prescriptions fell out onto the ground. So I hit the button to get a second receipt. I tell her to provide me with a receipt. She tells me there is nothing she can do and hangs up the phone they use to talk to the people in the drive thru. Mistake number 1, don't just think you are going to hang up and walk off and be done with me. You may be thinking, Apryl, for real this is not a big deal. But it is. I have taken over my fathers finances and have to be able to show proof for every transaction I do on his behalf. So, I had Kynadee with me. And I knew if I went inside that store I was going to throw a fit. So I called inside and spoke with a manager. And guess what he was able to provide me with? yes that would be a receipt. And I made him bring it outside to me. I know this is one of the few 24 hour pharmacys in our area but please try to avoid it. If the employees are too lazy to pick up a stapler and attach a reciept or honor a request for another receipt you do not need to use them. Customer service is lacking today. And it is time to stop accepting bad customer service. We are paying them not the other way around.

A parade, Opening Ceremonies, and TWO Games

The parade and opening ceremonies were cancelled due to rain. But Brian and a bunch of the other coaches worked hard to get the fields ready for games in the afternoon. And because of the hard work from these guys we were able to have our first game. The Huskers took on the Cowboys in their opening game. Thanks to Meme, Sipsie, Mean Aunt Diane, and Gabi for coming to the game. C'Jay loves his fans. We had the Cowboys beat up until the last out in the 5th inning(only 5 innings in rookie league). But could not hold them to win. We lost by one stinking point. C'Jay and Jett got the game balls. C'Jay is on 2nd base this year. And he is doing a great job in the field and batting. Don't quote me but I think he got two doubles. And did not let a ball get past him. Next, C'Jay played with the Tarhills. The Tarhills only have 8 players because on of their boys moved to Hayden. So they have to pick up a player every game or forfeit. C'Jay only came up on time in the batting rotation and he had to play left field. The next game is Monday at 6:00 pm. Come join us if you can.

I started following MckMama over at My Charming Kids a few months before Stellan was born. During pregnancy MckMama was told that Stellan(aka MckMuffin) would pass away in utero due to a heart condition. But Stellan defied the odds and was born perfectly healthy. But today, MckMuffin is in the hospital with the same problem he had in utero. His little heart is beating too fast. Sometimes as high as 300 beats per minute. And the last update was 7 hours ago. Please say a prayer for the MckFamily aka MckMama, Prince Charming, Big Mac, MckNugget, Small Fry, and MckMuffin. Playin with Cousins

We spent the day down at Daddy's in the country. C'Jay has been excited about this for a couple of days because he was going to get to play with some cousins. So we met up with my sister (some may be going she has a sister. Stephanie is a step sister). She has 3 kids, Alex 11, Chloe 6, and Andy 2. Andy did not want to go with me down to Uncle Buddy's to jump on the trampoline but the other 5 came along. We had a great time.

Hey Ya'll. I am a little behind but I have been running between work, home, hospital, daycare, school and sometimes only seeing my children for an hour and a half on some days. Daddy is still in the hospital. So I am trying to balance all of these things plus just manage daily tasks. So my blogging has taken a back seat this past week. I have the basketball game from last week plus another basketball game from this past Saturday, baseball practice has officially started, and Brian and I were baptised on Sunday. And we have started a website for our baseball team. I may not have mentioned that Brian is the head coach of the 2009 GHDY Nebraska CornHuskers in the rookie league. I will try to catch up as soon as possible. Love You, Miss You, Smooches.
